The hygienist was so gentle and considerate. My teeth feels so clean lol. The dentist and assistance all took time to explain next steps to me and what to expect. I keeping this provider !

Absolutely love this dental office. From the time you walk in to the office until you leave, it’s a great experience. When you first walk through the door your greater by Hector. Then I’m called in by my hygienist Rita, also very friendly and welcoming. The cleaning she does is so thorough, my teeth feel amazing. Then I see my dentist who is Dr. Cassimattis who comes in to do my check up. She is also very friendly and welcoming. She is a great dentist. I wouldn’t want anyone else doing my dental work. After I’m done I see Hector again before I leave to take care of my bill. He’s a great guy, always friendly and welcoming. Looking for a great dental office, this is the place.
This place was excellent from start to finish. Very helpful and even got me in on the same day appointment because of toothache. The examination process was thorough and caring. Every last employee there greeted you and assisted you nicely and professionally. I would give it six stars if I could!!

All the staff were very professional and thorough. They all took the required precautions to ensure a safe environment during the COVID 19 outbreak. Dr. Cassimatis and her staff are all very experienced, genuinely concerned and very welcoming.
I had a pretty save experience, they really pay attention to be safe on covid-19 situation. I had a dental clean and my husband had two cavities, the only problem was that he had a little bit of sensitivity on the cavity a couple of days, but know is okay!

I have been going to Mondovi Dental in Middletown, New York for about one year. My husband too. The staff here is wonderful. I feel very safe from covid here, it is extremely sanitary and clean. I have a nervous reaction to Dentists and Dental procedures. Dr. Joann Cassimatis is wonderful! She’s so gentle that I have never felt the needle that is used to numb me. I used to actually shake with nerves sitting in a dentist chair. The last two times that I went here, I was so calm it seemed like I was a different person. She is an amazing Dentist. Her work is exceptional. I walk out of there so happy. I have never experienced pain after any procedure! I love her, and I love this place!

Haven’t been to a dentist in years. Old root canal with no crown caused my tooth to break apart and my wedding is in 11 days!!(its my 2nd premolar and with a big smile, you can see it)All I can say is WOW. From the second I made my appointment. Stacey made my appointment, (called on a Friday, was in by Monday) and went through my dental insurance with me and even took the time to call my insurance company and see what they cover and had it printed out for me when I got there! The dental assistant was amazing! Very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable! Took xrays and sent the dentist in. She was amazing too! So sweet. And took the time to go over preventive measures and my diet. They all came up with a plan for me, went over in detail what insurance would cover, and took a mold of my teeth. I’ll have an temporary “flipper” by next Monday so that I can feel confident when taking my wedding pictures next Friday! I can’t believe how great the entire staff works together and how sweet everyone was & how fast they’re making this happen! So grateful for finding this team!

I had a molar extraction done here. I had always gone to county dental on Shutt Rd but recently found my dr I had seen left the practice and their hours were inconvenient. With much research I decided to goto Mondovi Dental. I am 24 years old and for the past 6 years I haven’t had any dental insurance. My molar ached. The cavity was extremely large and so my dentist warned me that a root canal might be difficult and the tooth might not be able to be saved. However, he tried anyway. I decided to have it pulled. They were informative and laid out all my options as well as pros and cons to each procedure. They continued to follow up with me days after the procedure and the entire staff was extremely friendly and courteous as well as tentative to my needs. I never felt like they weren’t listening or that I wasn’t being kept in the loop. They are amazing. I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist but they made it seem effortless. I will never again go anywhere else.

Being a dentophobe I had let too much time go by between visits. My former dentist retired and more than 5 years later I was having an issue and found Mondovi (Genrle Dentistry). I still don’t love going to the dentist, but have had excellent treatment and have only good things to say about the doctors, assistants and office staff.

She worked with both to resolve the billing issue for me. How often do you find that level of support? • Dr. Fung is just fantastic, very attentive to your comfort, does not rush and makes sure that her work is perfect. You don’t get the feeling that she is rushing to get to the next appointment. Dr. Fung actually called me the next day to follow up and see how I was doing. • Nancy, Dr. Fung’s dental assistant is simply outstanding. She knows the procedures and what is going to happen next. She anticipates in advance what the Dr. needs and has the tools and materials ready-seamless operation. Very personable, she makes you very comfortable and relaxed, like you have known her forever. Had the best experience even though I had a cracked molar. I sent an email at midnight, next morning I received a call was given a same day appointment that worked with my schedule. Saw Dr. Cassimatis who was awesome she referred me to Dr. Fung for extraction. Dr. Fung was meticulous, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly - great beside manner.
