Having a pressing issue, a pleasant voice answered the phone at Mondovi Dentistry in East Harwich when I called and scheduled me as soon as possible for the next day. I felt very pleased and comfortable from the time of check- in, the thorough examination and explanation of procedures. Work in my mouth started the next day and. I am actually looking forward to my next continuation of procedure. I had not seen a dentist since Mondovi Dentistry in West Yarmouth closed a while ago. Dr. Costa made my transition to his office super easy because he and his staff are amazing. The friendliness, care and expertise are very commendable.

Great experience. The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. A very relaxing environment, especially for one who is apprehensive as me about going to the dentist. The dental hygienist Mariah was so understanding and helped to put my dentistry fears aside. She motivated me to better dental health. I just had my 2nd cleaning with no apprehensions. The dentist Dr. Costa was amazing. He filled a cavity and it was painless. I highly recommend the East Harwich Mondovi Dental team as the “go to place” for your dental needs.

Amazing service from start to finish! I called last week and spoke with the lovely receptionist, Jane, who helped me with my insurance and scheduled an appointment for the following week within hours. She was so kind, professional, and genuinely helpful over the phone. When I arrived, Jane was just as sweet and accommodating in person, which immediately made me feel welcome and at ease. My dental hygienist, Mariah, was absolutely wonderful. You can truly tell she loves what she does. She thoroughly explained everything during my cleaning and walked me through future steps to keep my smile healthy. Her cheerful attitude and dedication to patient care were simply outstanding. The dentist was incredibly kind and compassionate as well. The entire team made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout my visit. It’s not easy to find a great and trustworthy dentist on Cape Cod, but this practice is truly exceptional. I cannot recommend them enough. If you’re looking for a dental office that combines professionalism with genuine warmth, this is the place to go!

Cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Absolutely incredible experience with the dental hygienist Mariah Who was professional, incredibly reassuring, and went above and beyond to not only do an excellent job, but offer very sound and helpful advice. Dr. Costa is phenomenal and runs an excellent practice. Even the receptionist is lovely and very helpful. I have a lot of fear and trauma with dental and medical experiences, and would recommend this office to absolutely anyone. I also work in a professional capacity with students and individual individuals with disabilities which this practice is experienced with as well. All around a wonderful group of people doing fantastic work in our community.

I have been a long time patient of the last two dentists in this location who were amazing but yes, the practice closed suddenly and without notice in 2023 and it wasn’t cool…. But I went today as they just opened with a new team of professionals- Dr. Costa and his team were phenomenal and it was a great experience coming from a dentist phobia person! Taking new patients & walk ins!! This is your place guys! For all of you who are frustrated by sudden closures and no new patients accepted. Call the now!

I had a temporary crown replaced with a permanent one and a filling removed, cleaned and refilled. Everyone in the office is so friendly and cheerful. Dr. Duckles is always encouraging and keeps a patient calm and brave. She and her assistant work efficiently and supportively and make it a very pleasant experience. I assume she checks her notes on each patient ahead of time, and it’s nice to feel as though she remembers everything about the last appointment. She makes me feel like the only patient!!

I couldn't be more pleased. I'm new to Mondovi having recently relocated. The care, personalized attention and concern for their patients is abundantly evident. Prior to this, my Dentist was Dean of Education at Harvard's School of Dental Medicine. Those are big shoes to fill, but Amy & Dr. Duckles more than meet the challenge. They should feel proud, and I'm delighted to be their patients. met the challenge.

I’m not the best dental patient. I have to delay scheduled appointments from time to time, but the care I get from the Doctors and assistants is top notch. They should chastise me for my neglect, but they are ever so kind and thorough, even though I can imagine what they must think of me. I just had the new dentist (her name escapes me now, but she is an ethnic Czech - so am I) and she was every bit as wonderful as Dr. Campagna, who is starting to scale back toward retirement. I am right there with him. It’s probably inappropriate for me to add, but I will anyway. The dental hygienist, Amy, is the best I’ve ever had for teeth cleaning, X-rays, etc. She has a magic touch! In fairness though, I’ve sat in the chair for several of the hygienists and their all great. I highly recommend Mondovi, Harwich! Jim

Dr. Lisa Duckles and every person I interacted with in the office and when setting up my appointments were kind, accommodating, and professional. I would 100% recommend Dr. Duckles and the team to anyone looking for a dentist in the area! I'd been too nervous to go to the dentist during COVID, but had chipped a tooth and couldn't put it off any longer. My experience at Mondovi was smooth sailing - it was easy to make the initial appointment for the consult and quickly get in for the procedure. The office was spotless, modern (massage exam chair?!), and safety precautions were in place and being taken seriously (temp screenings, masks, social distancing, etc). Dr. Duckles had a great bedside manner and did an excellent job repairing my tooth.

Kindest office I've been to! From the lovely front desk workers to the dentist himself, I felt cared for and listened to. They print out a comprehensive and clear bill at the end of your appointment and offered me a very affordable first time patient discount which was much appreciated as I don't have dental insurance. COVID-19 NOTE: they made necessary office modifications to ensure patients and employees were safe and comfortable. All staff wore masks, social distancing was practiced and hand sanitizer was provided

The staff in East Harwich are awesome. Very accommodating. Gary Campagna has been my dentist for many years and always makes sure I am relaxed and comfortable. He does an excellent job and is very meticulous. My most recent visit was for a broken tooth that needed to be capped. I was worried it was going to be a tough one because it was such a small tooth that was very tightly fitted. It came out excellent. No problems whatsoever. I highly recommend Gary and the staff in east Harwich.

I’ve been treating with doctor Campagna for 2 decades now, off and on; I mean, I moved to other places off cape and once out of Massachusetts, I came to see Dr Campagna when I could, and when was not possible, I went to other dentists, and I have never been satisfied with service provided 100% with any dentist other than Dr Campagna. I told him on my last appointment yesterday that although I know I am being selfish, but he can’t retire because other dentists work don’t measure to his work . And I have to say the same thing about his staff. They are all pearls on East Harwich!

Finally found my dentist! Moved here 3 years ago and went to several other offices before getting the reco for Dr. Campagna. Wish I had been here first. Had an emergency two Thursdays ago and even though the office is closed on Fridays (and weekends) they still took care of me. They call back and check in and respond with care and concern. Their accommodating help went above and beyond any other dentists (or periodontist or endodontist) and I will always be grateful.

I have been a patient with Gary Campagna for about 25 years. I have never once thought about changing dentists! That should speak for itself! I love everything about this place. They are all friendly, kind, attentive and compassionate. Amy, my hygienist, is absolutely the best. She is very good at her job, not to mention her wonderful personality. Dr. Gary is extremely skilled and precise in his work. I am always relaxed and calm when he is doing my dental work. As with most people, a dentist office is the last place I want to be. But, you're happy they're there when you need them! After my first visit, I was very pleased how absolutely nice, outgoing and helpful the staff was. Especially, during a surprise visit. As with many things, going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do but I make my next appointment before I leave and am reminded a few days before I am due. I have been going to the same dentist for, probably, 25 years. Gary has saved a number of my teeth over that time and I cannot praise him more! His office staff and hygienists are all excellent and very professional. The office is spotless and there is always coffee for my trip home as I usually have an early morning appointment.
