I neglected going to the dentist for a few years because of some uncomfortable visits to other dentists. I read reviews and found Dr. Goodwin. The whole office is great! ! Dr Goodwin and dental hygienist, Denise, were professional and kind worked to get me back on track again. When I needed a crown it was completed in a day! The technology Dr Goodwin uses is amazing! I moved out of state but I am so comfortable with Dr Goodwin and Denise that I don't hesitate to make the drive to Griswold to get the excellent care I get there.

I have been going to this office for several years. Dr. Goodwin inherited me as a "problem-child" patient who required extensive repair work as a result of years of neglect. I have had numerous cavities, root canals, extractions and crowns done over the years to restore my teeth. Needless to say, I am well qualified to write this review. Dr. Goodwin is an all around great guy who really cares and is so skilled that you hardly know he is working on your teeth. He always goes above and beyond for his patients. I have even had special emergency sessions scheduled on multiple occasions. He and his staff are always friendly and professional beyond my expectations. Beyond all this, they always work with me to get the maximum amount of work done in the most cost-effective manner allowable by my insurance plan. I would give this office a 50 star review if it was an option!

I have been a patient of Dr. Goodwin for several years. I lost a filling to a ju-jy fruit candy. I saw Dr. Goodwin and he treated me kindly and professionally. The office was so clean it sparkled, and I complimented him and his staff. Dr. Goodwin replaced my filling expertly and I felt comfortable about the procedure. I am glad to have this great office in Griswold for my dental needs.

My family has gone to Dr. Goodwin for many years. He is kind and gentle, and his staff is friendly. They helped my husband with a fear of dentists and many cavities. My son has had several teeth pulled there and still both my kids enjoy going. They make you feel like family!

I highly recommend this dental practice. I no longer dread going to the dentist! Dr. Goodwin is so gentle and concerned for the comfort of the patient while being very knowledgeable. Sara, the hygienist, is very efficient. and pleasant. I like having the same hygienist every time as I know she knows my teeth well and has gotten to know me. It's great going to a place where you are not just a number. All are so welcoming.

I had my first visit with Dr.Goodwin and I found it to be a very enjoyable experience. My previous dentist retired but after this visit I feel I should have switched sooner. Dr. Goodwin's office is up to date, the employees are friendly and Dr. Goodwin was a real pleasure to meet.

Today I went to Goodwin Family Dentistry, knowing I might have broken a tooth. I, too, was due for a cleaning, so I decided to get everything done in one fell swoop. I went in with very high expectations. My previous dentist was Dr. Bruce Tandy. If you check him out he is highly rated in the state, however he recently retired. I am a creature of habit, I must be comfortable with you, to be able to work in my mouth. I find it's harder to find a good dentist. Dr. Goodwin, did not disappoint. I felt very at ease. As I had thought I DID break my tooth, but what I didn't expect, was that I had broken 2 teeth. Dr. Goodwin showed me both of the teeth and where there they were broken. Then he went to work. Throughout the procedure he explained what was going on, etc. He then, noticed why I had broken my teeth. It was due to another tooth and how it sits when I bite down. He explained that it would keep breaking my teeth if it wasn't taken care of and immediately rectified the situation. I love my teeth and I would like to keep them in as good a health as possible. His staff was very friendly and I feel they are more "down to earth" people. It's much easier to be relaxed when the people working in your mouth are not pretentious or judging, etc in many ways. I highly recommend, you give the office a try. I found my new dentist and I will continue to go there until he retires.

So glad I went to Goodwin dental today, they were wonderful! My procedure was quick and painless and the results were perfect. Everyone helped out me at ease since I get terrible anxiety going to the dentist as a result of bad past experiences with other dentists. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you!
