I came to the office to have a cleaning with Spencer and he did a phenomenal job! He was very thorough and kind along with the rest of the staff. The office manager Cornelia went over treatment and explained all of my benefits. I was able to get same day treatment which is amazing since I have such a busy schedule . Dr. Scott Krosser has been our family dentist for many years. He is very professional, efficient, conservative in his treatments, and always listens to and finds time for his patients. Recently, I had an upper molar tooth abscess and my gum was swelling. Dr. Krosser took the time to carefully evaluate my tooth, regardless the position of the tooth and the number of root canals would bring certain difficulties to the treatment, Dr. Krosser decided to perform the root canal immediately, at the same time he also patiently discussed possible alternative treatment and the benefits for my other problem teeth. Dr. Krosser comprehensively explained the procedure beforehand and methodically informed me of each upcoming step while it was being performed. It was a totally pain-free procedure! Finally, the X-ray showed that the beautiful root canal Dr. Krosser performed. I am so glad to have the technology and the skilled dentist to save my tooth. I have no more pain and swelling after the root canal treatment. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Krosser and his staff to anyone, and I thank my dentist for this referral.

I had an emergency situation and my regular dentist is not open on Fridays. I took at chance and called Mondovi Dental less than an hour before their closing for the day. If you have a toothache and your regular dentist can’t seem to fix it, go to Dr. Krosser. That’s what I did more than a decade ago.He figured out the problem and fixed it. More recently, I went to a different dentist because my insurance changed. She told me I needed thousands of dollars of work done. If I could get them a 20 star reviewed I would the are amazing. I had a toothache all day Saturday at work but I stayed. Came home was still in pain. Started calling dentist no one called me. To make a long story short I called his cellphone and he called me right back and told me to come. I am afraid of shots. He made me feel welcome and not afraid. One of the biggest factor why I LOOOOVEEE this place they really take care of you from Dr Krosser and all the staff. They always welcome you like a family. Never had experience 5 star accommodation like this before in a dental clinic. They know you immediately and call you by name which makes you feel so welcomed. No more "can I help you?" questions from staffs even when you were just there yesterday because they dont remember who you are and what are you there for. Beth always greets you by name and knew exactly what you're there for. Also even if theres a lot of patient, it doesnt take sooo long to get you seated and prepared for. First time experiencing the laser for a resin filling. Literally 2 seconds of discomfort at the nerve, Dr. Krosser recognized it and lowered the setting. What a GREAT office! After seeing the same dentist for over 10 years, I was nervous about seeing someone new. Commuting from Union County to Monmouth County was taking its toll and I needed to make a change. I scheduled an appointment with Dr Krosser in regards to my orthodontic relapse. After speaking with him I decided to move forward with Invisalign. Laura, Dr Krosser’s RDA made the records procedure EXTREMELY comfortable! A set of digital x-rays, photos, and impressions PAIN FREE : ). After reviewing and approving my case with Dr. Krosser we began treatment. Surprisingly, the entire process was extremely comfortable. Dr. Krosser is very gentle and a perfectionist!! My teeth are finally straight again and retained with a retainer. Kudos to Dr. Krosser and his FANTASTIC team for helping me conquer my dream of having straight teeth again!! Thank you for a job well done!!

I recently went through my first checkup in this office since moving to the area after growing up and living in South Jersey all my life. Before moving, I've only ever gone to one dentist, so, naturally, you could say I was not very keen on changing to a completely new dentist that I knew nothing about and that also knew nothing about me. However, those worries were quickly put to rest by the friendly, attentive staff upon my arrival. The first checkup was very thorough, but they did discover I had a minor cavity. One may automatically assume "hmm, I'm a first timer and they already claim they found a cavity...something must be up", but that thought never crossed my mind. The staff just really seem to care about the quality of their work and want nothing but the best for their clients. Returning for the cavity filling only strengthened my belief and trust in this office. First off, I never knew a laser could be used in cavity filling which is pretty cool, and second, the procedure took all of about 15 minutes total and did not require any numbing whatsoever. I am thrilled that I was able to find a reliable dentist in a convenient location for me on my first try; I'm sure the same can't be said for some people. I would highly recommend this office for any regular dental maintenance and/or dental surgeries if necessary. Update 10/9/2017: Got another cavity filled using the laser just this morning. Appointment was at 8AM, walked right back after the usual friendly greeting and immediately saw Dr. Krosser who began with the cavity repair. I made it to work before 9AM and I work about 20 minutes away from the office. This is just what I've come to expect from this office anymore, and I'm happy to keep coming back!

I will always be grateful to Dr Krosser and his staff. My son's wisdom teeth came in causing an oral bacterial infection. He was in so much pain and was so sick. All at the start of finals in his first year of college. Dr Krosser did everything he could to get my son back to normal and back to school including caring for him on a Friday night. He called him and checked on him daily including a call to see how finals went. We moved out of the county years ago but stayed with Dr Krosser. I will never go anywhere else.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Krosser for 12 years and he is the best dentist we have ever been to. When my wife and I considered moving to TX for a few years one of the negatives in our "move or don't move chart" was not being near to Dr. Krosser...and when we came back to NJ being close enough to Dr. Krosser was a "must have"...that gives you an idea of how highly we value Dr. Krosser. He's amazing, smart and has state of the art equipment - you can't go wrong with him!

I have been going to Millburn Dental Arts for years. Now, I live in New York City but I refuse to go to any other dentist. So I still come out to NJ to see Dr. Krosser and the amazing hygienists (Amanda is amazing!!) and staff (Beth is amazing!!) Dr. Krosser is fantastic. Really - everyone is amazing and I no matter where I live, I will always come to Millburn Dental Arts.

I was in braces for a long 3 years, the main reason it took so long was due to my pegs. We had to visit many dentists to figure out what to do with them, but only Dr.Krosser was the one who immediately knew the solution and was confident in what to do. He made me feel better in my situation letting me know that no matter how bad my teeth were he would make them look beautiful and natural. Today my dream came true, as my braces came off and Dr.Krosser went to work. I can honestly say I have not stop smiling. been going to dr krosser since it was dr alpher's office!!! would not change even though i now live 1.5 hours away. totally competent with a no nonsense type approach which i very much appreciate. having beth as a constant on the front desk is a huge plus in my opinion. the office is very accommodating about changes necessary to appointments and can usually squeeze me in if i need to move up an appointment. would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist.

My family has used the Millburn practice for decades. The staff is friendly and efficient and Scott is a great dentist. I have always been impressed that he is an early adopter of technology to make his practice better for the patient, from digital x-rays earlier than most to in-house preparation of crowns to minimize visits and temporary crowns during reconstructive work. He also has a great "chairside" manner. Five stars!

They say word of mouth is the best form of advertisement and that’s exactly how I became a dental patient through the excellent reviews Millburn Dental Arts receive from their patients. Millburn Dental Arts uses up to date state of the art dentistry, which is definitely a plus for any dental establishment. The office is always immaculate and clean. The Millburn Dental Arts staff is very friendly from the time I walk in until I walk out, everyone always has a genuine smile on their face. The staff efficiently handles all of my insurance and billing needs. Debbie, my regular hygienist gives the best cleaning. She is very gentle, but thorough. I love the way my teeth feel and look after a cleaning that I stare in the mirror wondering how she got them to look so bright. Dr. Krossner is the best. Dr. Krossner is an excellent dentist he always takes the time to discuss concerns I have about my teeth and makes the best treatment choices that I have been very satisfied with. My teeth are very happy that I chose Millburn Dental Arts.

Hands Down... Best Dentist Office! My entire family and I have been patients here for years! I have recommended many people to this office and they all have nothing but GREAT things to say. The office is spotless, the staff is friendly and professional, and the equipment is innovative. It is easy to get an appointment!! They also have a great text messaging system to remind you of your appointment! The staff truly cares about their patients and you are in truly in good hands with Dr. Krosser and the dental hygienists.

A great dentist and a great practice. My hygienist is very thorough, my mouth has never been in such good shape. I don't love going to the dentist, but they make it very pleasant. My kids also go to Dr Krosser, and they actually love going.
