I have always had a pleasant experience (yes, even at a dentist's appointment) with Dr. Procopio, Dr. Stevener and all of the wonderful Dental Hygienist's and office staff. The office is a clean, comfortable and welcoming space, staff are quick to greet people the moment they open the door and the wait times are always very reasonable even when they are extremely busy. They are very well organized. They send text and email reminders for appointments so when I'm not so organized I still remember to go! I have always been taken seriously (you know how some providers can sometimes not listen to or trust patients), accommodated in a multitude of ways for whatever it was I needed and comfort, I think, is one of their top priorities. If I need a break from a cleaning or procedure, I get a break. If I need extra pain control, I get it and if I'm not comfortable in the chair (having back issues), I am helped with that also. Last but not least, everyone is so personable. At my last couple of appointments, I exchanged recipes, talked gardening, joked around with Dr. P and came to the conclusion that we should have an office party. Dr. Stevener, Rob and the Administrative Support team are excellent!!! I recently had a tooth infection and needed to be seen the same day I called and they saw me within a few hours. Their Periodontal Clinician is fabulous too!! The medical expertise and state of the art equipment is definitely why I chose this group in 2017 when I moved back to Syracuse. Their kindness goes above and beyond all that. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I needed to find a place quickly to look at an issue that I developed. After calling numerous places and getting rejected, Mondovi Dental quickly accepted me and scheduled me to come in the morning after. I was able to get my issue looked at and take the necessary steps. Everyone I interacted with seemed kind and respectful, mostly the young man at the front!

Staff is great with children and adults. My kids look forward to their cleanings. Like many people, I have some "sensitive" spots along my gumline. Hygienists always ask in advance where they are and check in during cleanings to make sure that I'm comfortable. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Dr.Procopio since I was young but this was my first time back since it became Mondovi dental. He still remembered me after all this time which was great, really makes you feel at home! The staff is still exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially the receptionist! My hygienist Jennifer was amazing. Would definitely recommend this place, from someone who isn’t a fan of dentist appointments, they really make you feel comfortable.
