The team here at Mondovi dental was great! Danielle the hygienist left me with a clean smile and the receptionist Cassandra was nice and helped cool my nerves about going to the dentist. Dr.P was awesome and her dental work is top tier. Usally when I leave the dentist my mouth is sore and aches, but after a filling with Dr.P I walked out feeling fine and was able to go about my life without any unnecessary aches that fillings from other dentists usally leave me with.

All of the staff at the Raritan location are so friendly but when it comes to dental hygienists, Danielle is the absolute BEST!! LOVE Mondovi Dental. Had Mandy this morning. X-rays, cleaning, the whole 9 yards. She was fabulous. Super friendly and a great personality which in my eyes is most important. My mom & I have been going to Dr Masi for over 20 yrs. Mondovi took over the business & the problems started. There was a discrepancy with my mom’s & my billing. We kept getting invoices for payments which turned out were not submitted or were submitted past the Insurance deadline. I spoke to the office manager Susan who saved the day. Susan spent alot of time speaking with me to rectify the issue. I cannot thank her enough for her help. The issue has now been resolved thanks to Susan. I grew up going to this office before it became Mondovi Dental and LOVED Dr. Masi and Dr. P!! I switched back to this office as an adult and still love coming here!! Danielle is my hygienist and she’s so gentle! I can fall asleep in her chair if I wanted (and that’s saying something since I hate getting dental work done). I started bringing my 5 year old with me when she turned 3, and she sits still and Danielle does an amazing job! Our other daughter will be joining us this summer to see Danielle. I want to say I highly recommend her, but then her wait list for appts will get longer lol

Dr. Masi is amazing. You can tell that he wants to make a difference in people's lives and he's definitely made one in mine. He is such a good person and great dentist. He made me feel comfortable and made sure nothing was hurting. He's fixed two of my teeth now and I will be coming back to have the rest done. They regularly fit me into cancellations, and always are super polite. Upon my visit 6/24/24, I had a Dental Hygenist named Mandy. I just had a root canal with Dr Cornick. It was the first time I had Dr Cornick perform a root canal. It was my third experience having root canal and it was so much easier and less stressful than any other time I’ve had the procedure. I’m so glad to have Dr Cornick as my dentist. My initial review for them based on my interaction with front desk in 2019 was bad. See below. But because the Dr was highly recommended I gave them another call and ever since, I’ve had the best experience. Dr Masi is my favorite Dr ever. He’s an amazing human being and a very good dentist! The front desk has been superb, they all treat you as family! I love this place!!! Dr Masi, can you please work forever!?! 2019 review: Ive never been to the office yet, my review is purely of the person on the phone, who really put me off. I spoke to Rachel on the phone, and told her I wanted to switch and if I could get an appointment. She just sounded like she couldn't be bothered. I asked if they take my insurance, she said call your insurance and find out and then call us back before i even book an appointment. Then I asked for an appointment on saturday or early morning, she told me - that's what everyone wants and it would be hard for me to get anything soon. I asked if established customers get the same treatment (hoping to get established eventually), she said well no - you'd book your 6 months appointment - so you'd have your day, but there are so many chances that plans could change and I might have to switch, so only getting that opportunity for saturday appointment 6 months in advance seems very inconvenient for me. The only reason I need to switch is because my current amazing dentist is just too far, but I've never had such response from their staff, they've always been nice and flexible. Plans change all the time, I cannot switch if the dr's office staff seems so rude and inflexible when there's someone who wants to take their business to them.

I had an issue with a broken temporary crown on a very visible tooth the night before Mother's Day. I called the emergency line and Dr Pieranunzi returned my call. She met me at her office Mother;s Day morning and put on the permanent crown that came in, How many dentist's do you know that would do that? Wonderful practice! Friendly receptionists, who are great about putting you on a list if you need to be seen sooner, and call ASAP when appointments open up. Clean, bright, cheerful office that's close to trains and buses for easy access. And the dentists are amazing. Dr. Masi is so understanding of my dental phobia and thanks to him I'm much more proactive about making appointments. I love this practice!

Both my wife and I love Dr. Masi and Dr. P. We’ve been going there for longer than I can remember. I agree with a previous review that every employee is pleasant, professional, and a pleasure to work with escape the scary lady that sometimes answers the phone. Fortunately I haven’t had to speak to her lately. I have at times, when she answered the phone, hung up and called back later hoping for another person to answer the phone. I haven’t noticed much difference since they associated with Moravian dental and I still consider them one of the best dental practices I’ve ever used. The only reason I gave them a five star rating it’s because a six star rating doesn’t exist.

OMG! I LOVE THIS GROUP OF PEOPLE! My four children and I have been coming to Dr. Masi for 20+ years. I was so traumatized as a child with another dentist, then I was ripped off by a new dentist. Then divine intervention occurred. I found Dr. Masi. He is the most caring, generous, selfless man I ever met. So intelligent. I still "white knuckle" the chair, but he has such a calming effect on me, I actually fell asleep once. The most thorough hygienist there, by far, is Diane. I cannot say enough about her. She is so wonderful. She teaches me so much, utilizing her Masters degree. She spends so much time helping me, knowing of my candy addiction! Amanda is the office "jack of all trades". Dr. Masi is the greatest dentist of all time. He is gentle, kind, and listens to the patient. Any procedure that he does is done quickly and pain is managed wonderfully. He is an expert and although he is beyond the age of retirement, he still works to provide care for his patients who will miss him dearly when he does decide to retire. Diane D., the dental hygienist is the best. She is extremely knowledgeable, smart, kind, funny and thorough. I leave with piece of mind knowing that my teeth have been cleaned with the utmost of care. Adam the receptionist is the backbone of the office. He is caring and on the ball. I’ve had cavities filled and gotten root canals with crowns. I have a lot of anxiety and the thought of going to the dentist really sends my anxiety up. This was my first time to the dentist in 6 years. I am so glad I chose this place. I told my hygienist that I was nervous and she was incredibly understanding and calming. She told me that at any time I wanted to stop and walk around or take a few deep breaths to not hesitate to tell her. That honestly washed away so much of my anxiety. She was wonderful and I appreciate her sympathy so very much. Because of her I made it through my first exam in six years with no problems at all and very little anxiety. The dentist was equally gentle and kind. I can honestly say that I am not dreading my next dental exam in May. I am so glad I found this place. Thank you Family Dentistry for such a great experience!
