Service is good but they haven't put through my insurance information and a fee has occurred. I told them that I am disabled so if my insurance wasn't excepted I can't be seen there. I did a check up and paid cash for part of that. I got new insurance but the day of the procedure I didn't have the numbers for it but had proof that I had it. I was asked to send them a copy of the card when I got it in the mail. I scanned it and sent it, a month later I get a bill with a 30 day late charge, when this was the first notice, now I pay nothing for medical or dental. Like I said I am disabled, I only get so much and don't have money for extras. Not totally a bad place, they do need to work on billing issues and not to do work until insurance clears.

Also, Karen the dental hygienist, is great which made me stay after Dr. Steller retired. Glad I did, I appreciate all the staff who work hard and try to make it a great experience. Also, Dr.Chattopadhyay, the new dentist, is very competent and personable, I am happy to remain a patient.

Had dental work when Dentist Stellar was still around. Mondovi had bought the location at the time though, so this is 100% on Mondovi! They have failed to file claims properly to my insurance and it's been well over a year at this point for 2 claims, that still have NOT been submitted properly. Good luck using your FSA or HSA because if they ask for a EOB, you can't get one unless they file properly. I am saddled with now paying $$ in fees with my FSA because I couldn't give them the EOB for those two, very expensive, visit. If I could rate 0/10, I would! ______________________ UPDATE - Response to the owner I have been actively doing that already and even had to get my Health Advocate Team, which is a paid for service from my work, to help in the matter. It's been MONTHS that they have been trying to get this sorted out with your office. They have been working with Charlene... but it still doesn't seem to be getting resolved.

The people are wonderful. Very professional and friendly. The facilities are clean and up to date. However they never take patients in on time. I've been coming to them since I was a kid and you make an appointment they always take you in 30 or 40 minutes late and sometimes longer. This is not an exception it's the the norm. But besides a timing issue this is an excellent place.
