Went here for a root canal. Drove an hour just to get there and the Dr sits me down and says “So I see you just got a root canal done…” and I said “no, that’s what I’m here for today.” Turns out the front desk could not book my appointment correctly. Annoying, but whatever, it happens. However, the Dr. then told me “I don’t feel comfortable doing the root canal” Appreciate the honesty, but will not return to dentists who are “not comfortable” doing their job ….

Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They share helpful information without making you feel 'lectured' for having cavities and break down payment plans so you know exactly what's going on and how much it will cost and how much insurance will cover. I avoided the dentist for 10 years and now go to every 6 month cleaning. They are incredible and I can not recommend them enough.

Dr Tang and the group at Mondovi Dental are simply amazing. Everyone is so nice and pleasant. Dr Tang is a kind soul and a soft touch. Since she has come in, my son even enjoys going to see her. There are still some of the original staff of Dr. Gantz as well. I have had 2 crowns put on and many cleanings all with no issues or pain. They take many insurances and will also help set you up on a payment plan if needed.

Do not go to Doctor Ganz! I got a root canal about a year ago from him, and now a year later it is still not healed and my mouth and tooth are completely infected and now I have to go to a specialist and get the root canal done all over again! I am lucky I am not losing the tooth, also the price he charged me was through the roof and that was with dental insurance and now I have to go and pay it all over again. Also he never made me feel that comfortable, only his nurses were awesome. I would pass if anyone recommends you to him.

I have been going to this dentist for over 15 years now, and they were recently bought out by Mondovi Dental. I was told that my dentist will be retiring at the end of the year and that a replacement will be coming. So far my experience under the new management has been great, since it's still all the same people. I do like the electronic text reminders they send for appointments, just maybe don't send them 2 weeks before my appointment. I'd prefer the reminders the week of my appointment, I don't need a 2 week reminder. it caused me to mistake the day of my appointment, and come in a week early.
