The Doctor and staff are great, but sadly the Doctor left and new unknown male dr has taken over the practice - the website says nothing about him, nor mentions a name, but she(the Woman Doctor) left around thanksgiving time 2022 and now works at the VA in RI.

I had a wonderful experience at Mondovi Dental in Sturbridge, MA. I was a new patient and from the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and welcome. Dr.Moghtader was amazing, not only was she gentle but it was clear she was confident in being able to solve my problem which I had been dealing with for several months. Everyone in the office was so efficient that I knew I was in the right place. It dawned on me halfway through the procedure that I was calm and not at all nervous as I usually am when at the dentist's office. After treatment all documents were reviewed with me and suggestions were made on what other work I needed. I never felt any pressure to have other treatments done as it was ultimately my decision. I would highly recommend this office especially because of the professional and caring treatment I received.

I have been going here since I was a teen. Over my adult years, moving from various locations, I found myself disappointed at trying other practices! I always came back here, not caring how far the drive was, because they’re so worth it! The office manager is so sweet and personable. The entire staff is pleasant and professional. I absolutely love their new doctor, Maryam Moghtader! She is so professional and made me feel comfortable. I was in good hands when I had to go in to fix an unexpected broken tooth. I am terrified of needles but she was so gentle, I didn’t even feel it!

If you are looking for an office doesn't pick up the phone during their normal business hours and will never all you back, with a revolving door of inexperienced dentists, where you'll be nothing more than a patient number then this is the place for you! Hygienists were always nice and thorough but I rarely saw the same dentist twice and they frequently seemed to leave the practice. They often tried to up-sell expensive products that were clearly un-necessary. One cavity that I had filled gave me some discomfort in the weeks after the procedure, I went back and the dentist admitted that she did a poor job on the filling and that the procedure would need to be redone. That was enough for me to West Brookfield Dental, just had my first appointment today and was very pleased, except for the news that two of my Mondovi fillings will need to be replaced due to shoddy dentistry. Again, if you're looking for a great dentist, I would suggest saving yourself a lot of time, money and discomfort.

6/25/18 Sturbridge office. My daughter had a 2:50 pm cleaning appt today. She was seen by the hygienist ( I guess she is new) at 3.25 pm and was done at 3:35 pm. There is no way she was able to do a thorough cleaning in 10 minutes! I was not happy. The receptionist (Lisa) spoke with me and apologized. She will make a new appt with our former hygienist. My daughter has been a patient here for 13 yrs and we have never had a problem in the past. The rest of the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Everyone at Mondovi Dental in Sturbridge are very friendly and courteous. They really listen to you and your dental issues. Nothing is forced upon you to have i.e....a root canal, a filling, crown etc. It is your choice. The Doctor, his assistances and even the office workers understand your choices and they do their best to help you with your needs. Definitely a 5 Star Dental Office that I highly recommend ?

If I could give negative stars, I would... On November 3rd, 2016, I sent an email and request for an appointment. On Nov. 4th, 2016, I received an email back that said I would be hearing back from them soon to make an appointment. 10 days later, I called to see what happened to the appt. and the receptionist said that they weren't taking new patients and "that's probably why I did hear from them". If they were a respectable office, I should've gotten a response from them either way.
