Horrible staff, they got my billing address wrong and threatened to send me to collections after the bill was never sent to me.

I highly recommend this office for both its dental work & professionalism. I have been going to Dr. Pieranunizi and Dr. Masi for many, many years. Probably 10 plus. I’ve had cavities filled and gotten root canals with crowns. I’ve also had emergency situations where the doctors were extremely gracious and even saw me off office hours to help; I was so grateful for that, anyone knows tooth pain is one of the worst. Hard to find offices like these!

I've been going to Dr. Masi and Dr. P. For years and was always happy. I recently swallowed a cap and got an appt with Dr. Wasserman who is just joining the practice. Well he at least introduced himself but that was all. The assistant made the temp and it's the worst I've ever had. Its round?!?! They charged me over $300 and only said hello to the dr. The assistant took 3 tries to make the temp then dropped it on the floor and rubbed some antibacterial on it and wanted to put it in my mouth. Sorry Dr. Masi something is definitely going wrong here. I'm going to start looking for a new dentist.

we love dr. masi and dr. pieranunzi. our insurance doesn't fully cover them but we went out of network only because we love the doctors and some of the dental assistants that we've encountered. i hate the billing section, specifically the lady who takes the calls and make your payment transactions. some macy or nancy or i don't remember. i know her by face, she smokes a lot in the parking lot. she is very scary, she threatened us once that she's not going to submit our claim to our insurance angrily (coz i did not know our insurance information was never changed) i'm not sure what she's doing every time we make transaction, it's either she forgets or she just think of whatever reason she can think of at the moment. she could claim that we did not follow up but i could show phone transactions that we followed up on them several times. and she questions you if you use your carecredit account. why does it matter to her? is she part owner or stockholder of the clinic? a payment is made regardless. i'm always scared to call the office thinking she answers the phone. i'm comfortable talking to some of them as they are professional. but her, she scares me a lot so i ask my husband to make phone calls to them when necessary

I have a lot of anxiety and the thought of going to the dentist really sends my anxiety up. This was my first time to the dentist in 6 years. I am so glad I chose this place. I told my hygienist that I was nervous and she was incredibly understanding and calming. She told me that at any time I wanted to stop and walk around or take a few deep breaths to not hesitate to tell her. That honestly washed away so much of my anxiety. She was wonderful and I appreciate her sympathy so very much. Because of her I made it through my first exam in six years with no problems at all and very little anxiety. The dentist was equally gentle and kind. I can honestly say that I am not dreading my next dental exam in May. I am so glad I found this place. Thank you Family Dentistry for such a great experience!

I've never been to the office yet, my review is purely of the person on the phone, who really put me off. I spoke to Rachel on the phone, and told her I wanted to switch and if I could get an appointment. She just sounded like she couldn't be bothered. I asked if they take my insurance, she said call your insurance and find out and then call us back before i even book an appointment. Then I asked for an appointment on saturday or early morning, she told me - that's what everyone wants and it would be hard for me to get anything soon. I asked if established customers get the same treatment (hoping to get established eventually), she said well no - you'd book your 6 months appointment - so you'd have your day, but there are so many chances that plans could change and I might have to switch, so only getting that opportunity for saturday appointment 6 months in advance seems very inconvenient for me. The only reason I need to switch is because my current amazing dentist is just too far, but I've never had such response from their staff, they've always been nice and flexible. Plans change all the time, I cannot switch if the dr's office staff seems so rude and inflexible when there's someone who wants to take their business to them.
