I have been a patient of Dr Procopio for decades!! The hygienist are absolutely amazing! I love my dental visits and look forward to seeing them! I actually recommended The Mondovi Dental - Fayetteville office to a friend on the way back to work from my Appointment yesterday. Erin was wonderful (I even told her it was the most pain free Teeth Cleaning I have ever had - REALLY! (And my mother was a dental hygienist for OVER 50 years) and Dr. Procopio is the BEST!!!

I had all my teeth pulled out last September in Elmira at Mondovi. Due to the the covid-19 they were not able to finish and closed for good. I called Mondovi in Fayetteville New York and told them my situation. I was told they would get back with me after checking out my records. Well that never happened and in heve been waiting for almost 2 weeks and nothing has happened. I paid over $6,000 to Mondovi to have my dentures set correctly and I WILL HAVE TO GET A NEW DENTIST TO TAKE CARE OF THIS PROBLEM. IT'S VERY SAD THINGS LIKE THIS HAPPEN.

I recently went in just to find out that virtually every previous employee has now been replaced. No explanation of anything. I then went to check out and was informed there is a $20 additional Covid fee. When I went to inquire about it they said it was to offset the additional material needed to cover their costs. I told them that I do not mind covering additional costs but I did not see anyone wearing anything other than what they usually did . Not to mention a two or three dollar per patient additional fee should cover any additional costs not $20. Regardless, I should have been informed of this additional $20 fee when my appointment was made, Not after being a captive audience. I have been a patient at this office for many years and it was, by far, my favorite place. Now After changing over to Mondovi, the lack of any explanation of any changes, and not getting the customer service I used to, I am seriously considering transferring my family to another office.

I used to like this practice but it's become impossible to schedule cleanings every 6 months. I have had a few different hygienist in the last couple of years so it appears that they can't keep people. The newest issue was they called me three business days before my scheduled cleaning and told me they needed to reschedule it. They cancelled my appointment and told me they are booked for 6 months! That makes it so there is a year in between my cleanings. I will be looking for a new dentist.

I just had my first appointment at Dr. Procopio's office after recently deciding to change dentists/dental hygienists. I have to say that EVERYONE in the office was super pleasant, professional and courteous AND Kristen, my dental hygienist was outstanding! She was very thorough, friendly and professional. (Plus my teeth never felt so clean and polished - REALLY!). When I met with Dr. Procopio he too was super friendly and professional. (Oh yes, and there was no long wait in the waiting room to be called in for my appointment) I would highly recommend Dr. Procopio and his team!
