Terrible Dr. Watson said she was doing a root canal on my husbands tooth after two hours she could not numb the tooth and then charged our insurance when the insurance would not pay because the job was not complete we were charged 502.00 cash. She does not have experience and needs it before coming to a practice. The only reason we are going back to the office because Dr Bergman returned part time. He is the best! Dr. Watson please get more training or another profession you have cause my husband lots of pain and lots of money. We had to go to another dentist for the cob job she pretended to do.

I came here because my previous dentist retired and his practice was absorbed by this corporation. The only reason I was willing to try was because of my excellent hygienist. Sadly, the dentists and the billing department are sub-par. I was told my insurance was accepted, but I found out later the dentists had yet to do their paperwork and become providers. This has led to several conversations and headaches with my insurance company and the billing office. The dentists are rough and ill-mannered. Once, I clear up the billing snafu, I'll be moving on to greener pastures.

I visited the new dentist for a routine cleaning and was told by Dr. Watson that I had two new cavities. I trusted her judgement and let her fill the two teeth that were not bothering me in the first place. Unfortunately, the two teeth that were drilled started causing mouth pain. I went back to see the dentist and was told that my wisdom tooth needed to be pulled. The wisdom tooth was pulled, and soon after, the filling fell out of the second tooth. Clearly, the cavities were never filled correctly the first time. To say the least, I was very disappointed in the care I received from Mondovi Dental.

Transferred here from another office as my Dentist was retiring. Made the assumption that I was in good hands with the new Dentist. While drilling out a cavity that I always managed I knew she was running into problems. She continued and now I have daily problems with this area. Returned and she admitted it didn't go as planned. I will not be going back as this mistake has caused me problems after every meal. Causes me to have to eat on only one side of my mouth. I regret the decision to let them work on my teeth.

I have been going to this office since I was a baby. My dentist recently sold his practice to Mondavi and then retired (Best wishes to him!! He was great!!). I have NEVER had an issue with this office. Ever. At my first appointment since he retired, i called to say i would be a few minutes late because there was a terrible accident tying up traffic. The receptionist was rude to me. I was stunned. Then, I was told I had to pay up front and i wold be reimbused by my insurance company. I wrote a check for $203. I have not been reimbursed yet (my appt. was back in October) and today I received a bill from Mondavi for $203! Are you kidding me? An elderly person might receive this and think they did not pay it and pay it again! Time for a new practice....

Everybody is getting used to the change in the practice. My visit was great.......as good as a visit to the dentist can be!

I had a very satisfactory experience as usual, but...I don't understand why the dental hygienist had to set up future apt when there's a secretary
