I really like the dentists and dental hygienists here at Mondovi Dental. It's rare to find a dentist that isn't just trying to get money from you! I go in every 6 months for a cleaning and it's always a quick and efficient appointment. They are also great about ignoring and being appropriate towards my medical alert service dog who joins me at appointments. Minus one star because they are no longer open on Saturdays, and it can be really difficult to get an appointment. They usually book about 4-5 months out which wasn't the case a few years ago. I'm grateful that they are expanding and have demand for their services, but it can be difficult when you need to cancel and reschedule. I also understand that this could be because of staffing shortages due to COVID which I'm sure they are doing their best with.

Dr. Petrou has a pleasant manner, put a crown in for me last time that fit immediately, and has been rock solid. I like Dr. Petrou for his skills and his chair side manner. Finally I apologize that I don’t know the receptionist’s name, but she took care of my co-pay in a Boston minute and is also a pleasure to see each visit. Good job Mondavi Dental!

We love Dr. Pelligrini. Such a skilled dentist and a very kind man. My teenage daughter needed a special appointment last year and he agreed to come in at 6:30am just to make sure she was cared for. Gave us his cell number in case of any complications. We sent my mom to him... and our son in law. The best dentist.

I have been going to Dr. Mike Pellegrini since he bought his first practice on Pleasant Street. He is smart, funny, thorough, and always gives me alternatives to whatever procedure he believes I need. He never tries to "sell" me on an expensive procedure. I wouldn't go anywhere else. And Darlene and Leslie, amazing as well! My only question, why not more available stars?????

Dr Pellegrini is one of a kind. Grateful for dear friends who recommended him to me. I'm always impressed that with all the many patients he sees, every visit he's warm and remembers specific things about previous visits, not necessarily in my patient record. Dr. Pellegrini and his staff at Mondovi Dental are excellent. My hygienist spent time explaining what and why she was doing something and and answered my questions. She was thorough and gentle. Dr. Pellegrini has been my dentist for years and I trust him completely for prevention and problem solving with my dental care. Every precaution for Covid-19 was in place and I had no worries. I recommend him highly.

Since we got Belmont 2 years ago, we found in Mondovi Dental our trustable dentist office. They diagnosed and fix my periodontal disease through deep cleaning and tips for maintenance. I follow their advise and now I have the healthiest mouth ever! They also see my kids (5 and 3yo) and teach them how to care about their teeth and providing a happy visit to the dentist always!

This is one of best dentist's office that I have been to. The staff is nice, the service and care is fantastic, and they are very open, honest, and friendly. I originally picked this office when I was working outside of the city because it was an easier commute but even know that I am back in the city I will still put the extra effort in to travel further because their service is worth it

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Pellegrine's office for more than ten years. We have recommended him to several family members. All concur that he is the best Dentist we have had. Consistent with many of the previous posts from patients, he is welcoming, caring and careful. He explains his treatment prior to performing. On the occasion we required immediate treatment, Dr. Pellegrine fit us in to his busy schedule last minute. One time he even met me at the office on a Sunday. I have been to many a dentist; however now that I have found Dr. Pellegrine I hope he is the final one I see. I just hope and pray he does not retire soon.

I have been a patient for a number of years. I do not really like going to the dentist, honestly, but have had a great experience every time I have had an appointment. I have a friend who travels from Boston just to come to this office (he will not go to anyone else), and my entire family uses Dr. Pellegrini and his staff.
Dr. Pellegrini is our family dentist. Both my husband and I, and our two young children come to him. Dental hygienist Mandy has a speacial touch with the little ones- my two year old wanted "another turn" at getting her teeth cleaned!
This is a first class dental office! All the people I have met are extremely nice and professional. I have never had anyone be as thorough with teeth cleaning as Dr. Pellegrini. He is very accommodating and takes his time when it comes to explaining the proper way to take care of teeth. Dr. Pellegrini is certainly and experienced professional and his calmness put me at ease. Darlene at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating as well. Great office environment!

Dr. Mike and I and my entire Family, for that matter have been not only patients of his, but friends, as well! We all have been going to Dr. Mike for literally decades now and I absolutely cannot give a higher review of his professionalism, craftsmanship, staff (including Darlene, of course!) and his physical office. I mean that! I could not recommend them more strongly. To top it off...he's just a really nice guy and I have never felt more comfortable in a dentist's chair! Although the less time in the chair the better, lol!

I was not a patient of Dr. Pellegrini's office, but called him as I desperately needed a root canal. He called and made an immediate appointment for me and then scheduled the follow-up appointment for a crown. He is incredibly skilled yet more importantly compassionate. He understood my distress and helped alleviate my pain. He is my dentist now and I cannot recommend more highly. It is not surprising that he has a great staff. They are truly a reflection of him.

The Wednesday before Thanksgiving my out-of-state cousin broke his front tooth. We called Dr. Pellegrini's office and were told to come right over for a consultation. Dr. Pellegrini stayed late into the afternoon and bonded the tooth so that my cousin could enjoy Thanksgiving dinner. Dr, Pellegrini provided a great service and is someone you can count on.
