I have been going to the Bristol location since it was Dr Latvis's practice. I am loyal to my amazing hygenist, Marita. I have sensitivity issues and she is able to clean my teeth in a manner that makes it still comfortable. I also appreciate that they don't try to nickel and dime you by drilling out old filings that don't need to be or any other type of work that isn't necessary. In the past, I haven't loved their dentists and it seemed to be revolving door of dentists coming in and leaving, but the current dentist, Dr Graham, is my absolute favorite!! She's very sweet and compassionate and does great work.

Not because of the Hygenist. Apparently, the new owner (Mondovi) is so concerned about collecting data that the patients are subjected to listening to noisy entries into the computer program that Hygenists are required to make to track each tooth being cleaned. I think the efficiency experts that are tracking down to each tooth being cleaned as well as the time consumed by the Hygenists to do their job have forgotten the most important part of this program ...........................,.... THE CUSTOMER!!! You are making this very difficult for all involved. You have reasons to get your data, but it really impacts the good relationships that long term patients have with their Dentist, Hygenists and Office Staff. Keep it up and you won't have much data to collect .... You won't have many customers to data_mine from!! Mr. Brady

The women who I have dealt with repeatedly are FANTASTIC. I watched this practice grow from a converted multi-family house, with heating issues, to a welcoming, steady practice. These women are the reason.

I was in really rough shape and everyone there was so nice and caring and extremely understanding and gentle. Dr. Sheth is very professional, knowledgeable, kind and willing to go the extra mile. In 1997, my previous dentist had suggested crowning a troublesome tooth that lost fillings. I had many teeth with multiple fillings- some with so many fillings that there was no longer enough tooth left to properly anchor them. A crown on the tooth could solve this problem. The dentist said I could crown my other teeth later, as each became a problem. While mulling over the crown idea, my insurance changed and that dentist was no longer in the network. A relative recommended Dr. Latvis. Dr John Latvis (Dr Chris’s father) noticed that I had ground down all my teeth (bruxism). He said if I crowned just one tooth, it would have to be made shorter than its ideal cosmetic length in order to match the height of my remaining ground-down teeth. Eventually, as my other teeth needed crowns, I would end up with a mouthful of short teeth and a scrunched-up looking face. As an alternative, Dr John suggested that if I did all my teeth at once, all the crowns could be made long enough to restore my proper facial height. That made sense to me. Why put up with the drill-and-fill if I had a better option. So during the summer of 1998, I opted for a full set of crowns. Dr John placed me in the able hands of his son, Dr Chris. With meticulous precision, Dr Chris crafted a set of crowns that have served me nearly flawlessly for 20 years and counting. Over those 20 years- - I lost ONE crowned molar. It had an old deep pocket that developed an abscess. - I had ONE cavity. It was in the one molar that didn’t need a crown. - TWO veneers on my front teeth fell off at different times (while I was eating soft food- honest!). Dr Chris re-did each of those veneers to wrap around the tooth for a better grip. They’ve been problem-free since. 20 years of pain-free teeth. No more dreaded drilling. I can eat what I want. No more ouch from biting into sour apples, drinking hot coffee or eating cold ice cream. I do take care of my teeth now, which I obviously didn’t do as a kid. As soon as I had the crowns, Dr Chris made sure I had a tooth guard to wear at night- and I do wear it. I brush and floss every day. Twice a year, I’m in for a cleaning and checkup. I smile a lot now. I hope that your experience with Dr. Latvis and his staff will be as great as mine has been.
