Now I get why they had such a good rating from so many people! They found a way to fit me in within a few days. I've been very lucky and have had only a few issues with my teeth requiring medical care, so choosing an office isn't based upon a specific dentist but rather the staff and dental hygienists. While there have been changes in both at this practice especially over the last few years, the continuity of care overall (along with the familiarity of a face or two behind the front desk) has been there - and that's what I look for. Though there are several dentists closer to my home, I will continue to make the trek to Mondovi Dental in Meredith twice a year.
I want to thank Nancy, hygienist, for her kind and professional manner. Her many years of experience was obvious as she answered my questions. I will ask for her by name next time! Dr. Omeler had big shoes to fill after Dr. Felt’s retirement! I am happy to say she has filled his shoes nicely. I’ve had three appointments with her since she joined and I have never felt rush. Soooooo saying all that,I must say the doc treated me pretty well on my first visit. NOW FOR THE DEEP CLEANING.look,I haven’t been to a dentist in ten years,I am a honest person. I had my bottom mouth deep cleaned,and it wasn’t all that comfortable (no one at fault).i mean,it’s no fun having a bunch of strangers fingers in your mouth,getting stuck with a 2foot long needle,your mouth numb, At lest the hygienist was having a great time listening to me screaming like a ten year old.etc etc. Anyhoo,the place is very clean,the bathroom toilet and sink were comfortable,and they have preloaded toothbrush.i especially like that. The cash lady and the reservationists were very kind and explained my bill correctly. I mean when u see you the bill u wonder,at lest I did,so they explain ed everything well. THEY DESERVE 5STARS,but that woul emplie “perfection”. And there’s none. My next review will be at the end of the next appointment,February,near the end of. I hope this helps potentially new patients. I know I went to georges diner,a hip-hop-skip in town and had chillie,which IS 5 stars,even if the dinners laughed at it swirled down my beard

Dr. Felt and staff put me completely at ease and made what I totally expected to be a horrible experience into being quite tolerable. Explanations were given every step of the way and any questions were immediately answered. I'm looking forward to having the rest of my work done and no longer fear the visit. The billing end of things could not have been handled any better I don't think. Elyse did a fantastic job of keeping me informed and on top of things.
