I’ll be moving out of state and I’m really going to miss Mondovi Dental. I’ve had my share of experiences with different dental care providers but Mondovi Dental has been by far the best. I’ll recommend this place to anyone, great quality of service and great staff. Wishing them all the success in the future.

I've been a patient for several years, since my original dentist retired. As you know, change can be difficult. I have to say, that the staff here, contiually makes me feel at home, everytime I walk through their doors. Deanna (sp) and Olivia are so down to earth. Alyssa, the hygenist, is a sweetheart, and Dr, Wang and his dental assistant, Elvis, knew how to ease my fear of the novacaine needle and drilling!

I hadn’t been going to the dentist and have been quite nervous with the process and care needed. Mondovi dental has been patient, thoughtful, and pleasant the whole way through. I have had three appointments with them so far for “inspection” and review of my dental needs, a cleaning visit, and fillings today. I have always related my nerves with these new experiences, they’ve always told me that there’s nothing to be worried about, and so far they’ve truly made this whole process painless. From scheduling, to procedure to bill payments. Quick and painless with strong work in between. Would highly recommend.
I had to get a couple of fillings and I was pretty nervous about it. However Dr. Viet and the whole staff were just so nice and helpful. They helped me feel at ease. They didn't even have to numb me, and it didn't hurt. Dr. Viet is also incredibly thourough and honest. Any work he has recommended has been thouroughly and simply explained and I find him to be super trustworthy.
The staff are super kind and friendly. They were super comforting while I was stressed out about a filling. Dr. Viet made the visit easy. Everything was clearly explained before he did it and always checked to see if I was okay during the procedure. His fun jokes and stories definitely lightened my mood too.

I have been going to the dentist for decades and all dentists except the amount for the cleaning and X-rays that the insurance company will pay. Mondovi ads say new patients are charged $79 for cleaning and X-rays. I had an appointment for a cleaning and X-rays, but they took 18 X-rays and photos of my mouth and an exam and scheduled a different appointment for the cleaning. When I saw the charge for the first appointment, I changed dentists. Dr Cox charged me $345, that is way too much for a partial exam. I want a refund and and explanation for this charge. I have only a $500 copay, the rest is on me. With the filling I had at the second appointment and the rest of the cleaning, I'm broke.
Sheila is the best hygienist at this facility! Also, they just got an AMAZING dentist McKenna and I would highly recommend both of them!

Mondovi Dental in Southington was the BEST dentist I've ever been to!! I had the pleasure of having Alyssa as my hygienist and she was terrific. She took her time cleaning my teeth and keeping me very informed with anything that she was noticing as she was working. She was very kind and gentle. The dentist was also extremely friendly and had an amazing personality. You can clearly tell that everyone in the office cares about and enjoys what they do. The office was beautiful and very clean. Check-in was easy. Alyssa brought me in for my cleaning on time. She did the cancer check. The cleaning was practically pain free. This despite the fact I have some sensitive teeth. She then polished and flossed my teeth. She then made my next appointment. She was very nice. Checkout was easy as they told me they will file the insurance claim. He recently did a porcelain crown for me and I had to come back for a small issue a couple days later and when I called, they told me to come right in. Out of there in less than 10 minutes, great experience. And Sheila is the best hygienist ever!

Dr. Natelli did a great job repairing my tooth. No pain, and he really spent the time needed to fix it the right way. His assistant Sami was great as well, and made sure that I was comfortable during the procedure.

Just returned home from my dental procedure. A new crown in one appointment! Wonderful, such an improved experience over the old process of having a crown made. Dr Natelli, did a great job, new crown feels comfortable and fits perfectly. Color of crown matches my other teeth perfectly thanks to Alexandria.

Dr. Natelli did a wonderful job replacing a filling at the gum line. He used a laser so he didn’t need to give me Novocain. There was no pain for the procedure, and no “fat lip.” I highly recommend Dr Natelli and Mondovi Dental.
I tried this dentist out for a cleaning since my dentist for the past 15 years was several towns over after I moved. The staff was friendly, welcoming and did a great job, as good if not better then my old dentist. I really liked the water jet which is much better then the old scraper method when cleaning. I will be switching over for good now.

After not seeing a dentist for roughly 10 years, I chose Southington Dental Associates after receiving a recommendation. I don't regret that decision at all. The staff, from the receptionists to the assistants and doctors, are very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They sincerely want to help you maintain your oral health within your means. I've had cleanings, fillings, and even a wisdom tooth taken out and everything has gone smoothly. Keep in mind that is coming from someone who had not seen a dentist in nearly 10 years mostly out of anxiety! The dentist I went to for 15 years recently retired, so I decided to try Southington Dental Associates. I scheduled the first appointment for myself and subsequent appointments for my two daughters. I wanted to see how my experience was before taking my children. After my appointment, I had no reservations about taking them there. Everyone was so welcoming, and I was really impressed with how high-tech the office was. I brought my daughters in for their appointments the following week, and it could not have gone better. I greatly appreciate how comfortable everyone made them feel. Dr. Al took the time to talk and joke around with them which really put them at ease. I have no doubt that my family and I will be patients at Southington Dental Associates for years to come. I would highly recommend it for anyone else's family as well.

I'm new to the area and I was having really bad pain as a result of a painful abscess. I did a search and found that this place had a lot of positive reviews, so I called and told them what was going on and they got me in that very same day. They were so friendly, and made me feel comfortable as possible without putting me down because I haven't been going to the dentist as regularly as I should. Instead, they put in a plan to help me out and get my pain managed. They were so proficient that my wife made an appointment with them for her semi annual cleaning. She loved the friendly staff. She mentioned that she was unhappy with her smile because she has some crowding on her bottom teeth. Southington Dental talked to her about getting Invisalign and is working with her so that she can get this done. My wife and I are very pleased with the entire staff, and we are so glad that we found them. They are very accommodating and you will be very pleased with the results.
I have been going to Southington Dental Associates for 15 years or more. Dr. Natelli is absolutely one of the best dentists around. He has a great bedside manner, he is gentle, so knowledgeable, and really cares about you as a person. The staff in his office are also wonderful and so willing to accommodate. Sheila has been my dental hygienist for all the years I have been going to this office. She has such a fun and outgoing personality. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in the area looking for a new dentist!
We have been to several dentists since moving to CT. We find Southington Dental Associates to be the best by far. The dentists, hygienists and office staff are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The office is always clean and kept up-to-date. My children love being able to watch T.V. or listen to music of their choice during their cleanings. My husband and I love the flexibility of their schedules and the organization of the office. We have never had to wait long for our appointments to start. They are right on time. The office is easy to get to and parking is convenient.

I have been working with this practice since 1984; and remain a regular and loyal patient / customer since Dr. Natelli took over the practice. The entire staff is professional, helpful, and very friendly, they keep the schedule open enough so that they are rarely if ever backed up or behind - have never had to wait more than 5 minutes past my appointment time. They've been doing a great job of updating equipment and technology - so it's a comfortable experience, and while they are always vigilant when it comes to brushing and flossing, I never leave feeling bad about that. Regardless of what else is going on in my life, regular cleanings and check-ups always seem to happen on schedule, and the reliability and pleasant energy of the Southington Dental Associates team is a big part of that.
They have taken all the things I used to hate about the dentist and removed them. Great experience, good people, TV in the background instead of the sound of scraping, and modern technology. It's great.
Great experience! I made an appointment for my two kids to get a cleaning and check-up simultaneously. Both hygienists were so kind, proficient, and knowledgeable. Then I had my own cleaning another day. I was worried when I had to go back to get one of my own old fillings replaced, but Dr. Soares did an excellent job and it was not painful. I look forward to our family becoming long term patients!
