I was nervous about having a new hygienist and dentist, but I left very happy. Katie was a gentle hygienist. She was easy to talk to, caring, and kind. She was reassuring, clearly experienced, and knew what she was doing. You could tell she loved her job! Dr. Kim was friendly and thorough with his examination. He also made me feel very comfortable. Angel, the receptionist, was also very friendly and warm. My nervousness was put to rest almost immediately with each person I met. In addition, they also care for my 90 year old mother and intellectually disabled brother, both of whom feel very comfortable in Dr. Kim’s care. I would recommend this practice and I look forward to my next appointment.

Was about to change to a new dentist after my last visit about 6 months ago but decided to go again and thank GOD I did because that’s when I met Katie and she was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist getting my teeth cleaned. She was “thorough but gentle” as she put it and I couldn’t agree more! Will be returning as long as she’s there cleaning my teeth! She was Awesome, very gentle, and a beautiful personality!

Firstly, one of the best dentists in the area (and my sister's a dentist in California!). My last visit I felt like family, was well taken cared of, and exceeded every expectation and metric. Check-up and cleaning was really good and thorough. My hygienist made sure I was comfortable and aware of her observations [for this visit and future dental care]. My Doctor found a potential issue at the check-up if not treated, so I returned the next week to fix a faulty/leaky filling. This follow-up/filling visit went so SMOOTH! I told them up front I'm afraid of drilling and I was given the perfect amount of anesthesia. [The filing-fix procedure went well and pain-free]. The Doctor explained what was going to happen and made sure I was not stressed by the drilling, etc. My face was not numb all day [like back in the old days] and I was at work without missing a beat. LOVED Mary Jo Kenny. I loved her so much that her husband was also my orthodontist and I loved him as well. Recently went for a cleaning and they forced me to take my heart rate on a broken monitor 3 times while holding me in the bed/chair which ultimately gave me a panic attack due to being touched and in close contact during the height of the pandemic. Never reached out to me to apologize. Ive been calling for months to handle the situation and I just received a call confirming the appointment I canceled that day, months ago. They don't care about anything other than your money. They also don't know how to step away from you during a panic attack. As someone who is certified to handle these situations, I knew that I needed them to stop touching me and to give me space, not yell in my face and hold me down. Still upset and this was months ago.

so far so good. Just switch because of insurance. Not a fancy office, but the people are great. I really liked that they gave me a hand mirror to see the cavity they found. Neat! And they recommended an electric toothbrush so I can avoid brushing too hard and deteriorating my gums. (The Oral B will turn off if too much pressure) The electronic bitewings were a bit large with a wire hanging on them; I hope they upgrade to wireless (assuming that exists)

Been going here for years before it was changed to Mondovi. Since then things have really gone down hill. They won’t give a cleaning if you opt out of xrays which We had been doing all a long. Patients should have the choice on their medical care what they do and don’t do. My wife and I will switch dentists to one that will work with us.

I won't recommend this center to anyone. I went there last year for the yearly teeth cleaning which is free from my dental insurance. I noticed I was given 3 sittings and still the cleaning wasn't complete. After the inquiry, I came to know that I had been treating under periodontics treatment. They charged me $235 for a treatment where my consent was never taken. When I called the doctor's office the first time to convey my concerns and settle the payment, I was told they would talk to Dr. Kenny and let me know. I never received the return call. The payment went to the collection and impacted my credit score. Then I called again to the doctor's office. Apparently, the representative is new this time and I had to repeat the story. I was told she would discuss with the manager and give me a call back in 2 or 3 days. It's been 1 week and still no callback. I was disappointed with their service earlier and now with their management and everything.

Had an implant done and Dr. Kenny did the crown. The crown actually fell out of my mouth. She put it back in and used so much cement that it deteriorated my bone. Needless to say the implant failed. Thousands of dollars down the drain. Worst dentist ever!!!
