I have been going here since I was a kid and the staff is just so wonderful and professional that I could not imagine leaving the practice. But after they were bought out by Mondovi from Prospect Dental, I noticed a the staff started to seem worried and my technician ended up leaving short after the transition. Coincidence you might say? I came in like regular and had a cleaning and was recommended to get a filling done. After the procedure was done I went on my way and later found out they no longer accept CIGNA. This was after my procedure was done... which resulted in an over $500 bill I had to pay! If you don't accept an insurance please stop working on patients. You lost my trust and I will not be coming back to this practice any time soon.
