The staff was very friendly and nice, however I went for a cleaning and it was very rushed and not thorough. I go to the dentist every 6 months and know the process and steps of a cleaning. When actually brushing my teeth the hygienist wiped toothpaste on ONE side of SOME of my teeth (not even all of them) and then rinsed them off. She never actually cleaned my teeth after removing any plaque/tartar. When the actually dentist did his "check" he was rushing, other hygienists were interrupting him and he ended up catering to his staff rather than finish my appointment. Mouth health is very important to me and finding a new dentist can be tough. The price of a cleaning is rather expensive but something I believe is well worth it, however in this case I did not receive what I paid for. I will not be going back and would not recommend this office.

I really like the dentists and dental hygienists here at Mondovi Dental. It's rare to find a dentist that isn't just trying to get money from you! I go in every 6 months for a cleaning and it's always a quick and efficient appointment. They are also great about ignoring and being appropriate towards my medical alert service dog who joins me at appointments. Minus one star because they are no longer open on Saturdays, and it can be really difficult to get an appointment. They usually book about 4-5 months out which wasn't the case a few years ago. I'm grateful that they are expanding and have demand for their services, but it can be difficult when you need to cancel and reschedule. I also understand that this could be because of staffing shortages due to COVID which I'm sure they are doing their best with.

Francesca was my dental hygienist. We talked about her dog briefly, I told her my history, and she got to work. She was professional, personable, lefficient, and was done in 25 minutes. Very unprofessional front staff. I had an appointment for a checkup and a cleaning with a new dental insurance policy, which I provided details for on the phone then upon checkin. The appointment went fine; then at checkout, I was told I wasn’t actually insured anymore. When explaining my expectation to be told about such non-insurance coverage face-to-face at checkin and by all means before sitting in the chair for dental care, they didn’t care much and put the responsibility back on me as patient. I paid my dues quite aggravated. Now, no matter how good the dental care personnel may be, I will never return to this cabinet.

This is a first class dental office! All the people I have met are extremely nice and professional. I have never had anyone be as thorough with teeth cleaning as Dr. Pellegrini. He is very accommodating and takes his time when it comes to explaining the proper way to take care of teeth. Dr. Pellegrini is certainly and experienced professional and his calmness put me at ease.  Darlene at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating as well. Great office environment!

Dr. Mike and I and my entire Family, for that matter have been not only patients of his, but friends, as well! We all have been going to Dr. Mike for literally decades now and I absolutely cannot give a higher review of his professionalism, craftsmanship, staff (including Darlene, of course!) and his physical office. I mean that! I could not recommend them more strongly. To top it off...he's just a really nice guy and I have never felt more comfortable in a dentist's chair! Although the less time in the chair the better, lol!

I was not a patient of Dr. Pellegrini's office, but called him as I desperately needed a root canal. He called and made an immediate appointment for me and then scheduled the follow-up appointment for a crown. He is incredibly skilled yet more importantly compassionate. He understood my distress and helped alleviate my pain. He is my dentist now and I cannot recommend more highly. It is not surprising that he has a great staff. They are truly a reflection of him.

The Wednesday before Thanksgiving my out-of-state cousin broke his front tooth. We called Dr. Pellegrini's office and were told to come right over for a consultation. Dr. Pellegrini stayed late into the afternoon and bonded the tooth so that my cousin could enjoy Thanksgiving dinner. Dr, Pellegrini provided a great service and is someone you can count on.
