How completely unprofessional to close a dentist office without communicating to patients that they either need to find a new dentist or a timeline of when they can expect to have a dentist in the Keene office. After several attempts at contacting the Keene office their phones were forwarded to the Hudson NH office to be told they had no idea when or if the Keene office would reopen. Thankfully, I found a new dentist but I think they call this patient abandonment. Very disappointed in the way this was handle by Mondovi Dental.

I am in the process of looking for another dentist. I had been happy with Mondovi and Dr. Yudin, but they seem to have disappeared. I lost a crown about a week ago, and tried to call. There was no answer when I called, and no information on the outgoing message, so I left a brief message about my problem as the recording instructed. No response. I went by the office, and there's a sign on the door saying the office is temporarily closed, with no further information about how long it will be closed or how to seek urgent dental care while the office is closed. There's no information about the (temporary? permanent?) closing off the office either. This is both disrespectful to patients, and irresponsible as well.

I have a bad fear of dentists. But when I really needed a good dentist I did my research. From my very first appointment I felt like a person. The staff listen to my concerns and care about me as a patient. From cleaning to dentures they do so much in one office. And every visit they make sure I know what they are doing before anything happens. I never feel rushed through my appointment. Dr Yundin is amazing! Dr. Yudin is very likeable, and takes the time to explain the treatment options and provides thorough explanations during treatments. He is a dentist with the old style personal touch and a lifetime of experiences,unlike the strip mall dental care chains. I have some internal fear of dental offices, but I feel more comfortable there than I ever have at any dentist. Dr. Yudin does the right thing for the patient and is not just concerned with the bottom line. They are simply "the best" and I am glad I found them.

Current patient! Horrible patient care. Called to be seen for some swelling as half my face looked like a balloon. I had had some strange infection in my gums, no rotten teeth, and just needed some antibiotics. I was told they don't have ANY room for emergencies and can't squeeze me in for a quick "look-over" for over a week and was directed to the ER where it will cost me 5x as much just to get some antibiotics. Thanks for nothing Mondovi!

Bed side manner is ok just hope they don't time you out on a cleaning or other work. They stopped half way though a cleaning and had me reschedule for the other half. They weren't very understanding about the pandemic and started to harass me over a payment that was wasn't covered by insurance. Be careful make sure you are all set before you leave or u may just get a surprise bill like I did. Definitely not the same place it was when Hudson was in house.

Years ago I had a root canal done in Kentucky and when that dentist did the root canal she broke a drill bit in my tooth and made me lose that tooth, so I have not been to a dentist for years. Dr Yudin was kind, friendly, gentle, reassuring and not least of which seemed extremely competent. He has treated good older friends and family for decades, and was highly recommended. I concur! Dr Yudin is a rare breed of dentist who seems to enjoy his relationship with his patients as much as his technical skill and expertise of maintaining our good dental health. I visited him expecting to lose at least one tooth, as other dentists had thought I might have at least one, possibly two abcesses. However, much to my relief Dr Yudin diagnosed that the pain I was experiencing was caused by grinding my teeth at night, (which I do), and his first order was for me to use a dental guard. What a relief! In addition he outlined a treatment plan that made sense to me, and seemed much less traumatic, extreme and more doable than what I had been bracing for. The support staff at Mondovi in Keene were equally competent, caring and attentive to my questions. Thank you, All!
