After changing hands this office was a nightmare! There is absolutely no personality at that front desk. I sat there waiting for my appointment one day and heard Muzett on the phone talking to someone else about someone elses business. Came in again and tried to tell her what my payments are and she argued with me just to prove her wrong and never apologized. You call and no one ever calls you back. Every time you go in they want X-rays. Will never be back again. After speaking with many family and friends they'll never be back again! So sad that people can't get good help these days!!

We were kind of forced into a relationship with Mondavi when our ling time Dentist merged his practice with another local practitioner. Not long thereafter the new local practitioner sold his practice to Mondavi. From that point on things became impersonal. Computers crashed and service could not be provided. Years of Dental records and xrays were lost. Statements came from something called Midwest Dental. Who was that? We were forced to go to another practice for service and simultaneously the primary provider at the Yorktown practice was apparently fired. Instead of helping to provide a smooth and professional transition to the new practice the Mondavi staff were rude, abrupt and consistently provided incorrect information. I am quite happy that we have landed elsewhere, to a personally, couteously and professionally run practice.

This office is going through a lot of changes - unfortunately. Used to be very personal service and friendly. Now, I've been waiting for a call back with information for over 2 weeks. When I called back day, instead of getting my results I was lectured about how busy they are. Obviously the promised follow up was not done. Also now, you don't get to see a dentist for checkups. X Rays taken and then I was told I will get a call if there is any problem. I asked to speak to a dentist, but haven't heard anything yet.
