Awesome first kids dental experience. We loved the office, especially once you got past the waiting room and into the exam rooms. Bright, colorful, cheery, and very kid friendly. Dr Fish and the dental assistant we extremely warm and welcoming. There's a TV for your kid to watch while in the chair which was hugely helpful. They even gave our son a goody bag to take home which he adored. 10 out of 10 experience. Loved it!

I received a bill for services that were not provided. After verifying with my insurance what had been submitted I mailed a check to the office for the difference. This was more than 3 weeks ago and they haven’t cashed it but yet sent me another bill. Writing an email message to the address they provide in these reviews is a joke as they do not answer it. I have been a patient for many years and appreciated the staff and doctors that are gone now. With the way they do business now and treat their patients I don’t want to go back.

Sue White the office manager at One Dent is extremely rude, unprofessional and a racist. I had some issues with my insurance from my Teachers union not enrolling me and my family and therefore some of our bills weren't being paid. I didn't realise this at all since my husband just had a visit and nothing was mentioned and the last time I called Jamie said she was going to rebill and sort out the issue. Today I went in and was told that I came to the office intending to be fraudulent and not pay for services rendered. I was motified. I always pay bills. Sue White told.me.not to leave till I paid. She was horrible and really represented what one dent has now become. I intend to take this experience higher up because no one should be treated in this way by anyone. We will never use One Dent again and will not be recommending their services in the future.

I'm writing this review based on my most recent visit. I went in with the knowledge that two of the dentists I had seen there, (both of whom were top notch) were leaving but wanted to keep an open mind and make a decision on whether to stay on as a patient. The dental hygienist I encountered was so incredibly rude from start to finish that I won't be going back there again. I believe her name was Dallas. Such a change from lovely Elena who I had seen for my previous visits. This new hygienist had the worst attitude and bullied me into trying to get a cleaning and I was thinking no way did I want someone with that bad energy working on me. No thank you. I'll be looking for a new dentist's office for my next appointment. It's a shame because Mondovi Dental used to be good but not anymore.

Unfortunately this place did not work out for my family. When I initially called to make my children’s dental appointment they confirmed that they took my insurance. I got a call a month later to reschedule the appointment as they were overbooked. I inquired again about the insurance and they confirmed that they took the insurance at 100%. Once my children when to the appointment for a cleaning and check up. I got a bill for $610.00, when I spoke to the billing department. The women informed me that they did not take my insurance at all and that I needed to pay the bill. I was very disappointed in the way Mondovi dental miss informed me from the beginning. They clearly need to train the staff to provide the adequate information.

Last May, my daughter saw Dr. Fish, who’s great. However, since then, I’ve provided our insurance and social security information to multiple staff members and I’m still receiving a bill from them for May service. I’ve spoken to many staff members at this point, and have emailed the office multiple times with our insurance information, to keep a paper trail. Everytime I call to inquire why I’m still receiving a bill half a year later, I’m continuously told that they don’t have our insurance & social security information. I’m beyond frustrated with this practice, as they don’t value client’s sensitive information and haven’t submitted paperwork to our insurance for 6 months now. To top it all off, they’re rude and give me an attitude every single time I call them, or simply don’t return my phone calls and emails.

I had such a great experience here at Mondovi Dental, Purchase. My dental hygienist, Elena, was very welcoming, super humble and easy to talk with. She was very meticulous and efficient when cleaning my teeth. I met with Dr. Wisdom, who has hands of an angel. He replaced an old fill in I had, and to my surprise, went super smooth. I had NO discomfort whatsoever at any point. I was in shock, as I had this done at a different dental clinic and had the worst experience ever. Their dentist, Dr Gabby (Dr Gabriella Garoza-Duron), has been truly incredible. As a physician myself, it is obvious that she is well-trained, highly skilled, and clinically excellent. She is also warm and caring. We have been through everything from routine care visits to teeth having been knocked out, and the care has been great. We’ve also only had good experiences with the rest of the staff.

I used to love going here exp with Dr. Mark as he was amazing but ever since he left and there is new management no one knows what is going on. They rescheduled my appointment 3 times . One of the times was because of an office meeting … Then they canceled my cleaning so I decided to not go there anymore and they took it upon themselves to reschedule it without asking me. They also told me the price of my crown and when I went to check out they tacked on another $70 Because the doctor added something while doing the crown. Why was I not told this before it happened ?! After arguing with them they still wouldn’t reimburse me for it. Staff is leaving there left and right because of how unorganized it is and so are patients. Very disappointed in how they are operating sad that a once great place is going under.

I had a pleasant experience the 1st visit last year to this practice. On my 2nd visit for preventative care I arrived and was told the dentist was not in, only the hygienist. Which at the time was not a big deal. But should have been the 1st red flag in communication with this office. Over the summer I was notified my dentist was leaving the practice during the same week she was leaving. This left me no time to connect with her and I was assigned a new dentist who was taking over her practice. Appointments in the future would be honored. I then get a call from the office that the hygienist I was scheduled with resigned and I needed to reschedule. That appointment was scheduled over a month ago. I get a call 5 days prior to my appointment that the hygienist i have an appointment with next week has also resigned and I need to reschedule my appointment. This practice is terrible and has incredible amounts of turn over with no clear plan to not impact patients with scheduling. I will not return to this practice.

I can’t begin to say enough nice things about this practice. I recently brought my 5 year old daughter in for a cleaning with Nicole Lundy..... she was phenomenal!!! Talked my daughter through absolutely everything that was happening. She showed her each tool and what is was for, let her look at everything first and get comfortable. At one point my daughter was about to get upset over the x-rays and having to bite down on the instrument and Nicole went above and beyond to calm her fears. The x-rays then went off without a hitch! Nicole was patient, kind and caring and we definitely appreciated that! She was professional, organized and efficient. Dr. Erica was also outstanding, super friendly and very pleasant! I highly recommend this practice and if you have a small child who is not familiar with a cleaning or being at the dentist, I highly recommend Nicole Lundy! My daughter said she can’t wait to go back in six months! :)

After several calls and voice messages to this practice (with no return calls) I finally got to someone this morning to learn that our previous excellent dentist, Dr. Mark, was no longer with the practice. Another dentist was recommended by a gentleman to whom I spoke and I was told that my husband could see her today for a problem. I wanted to discuss it with him so I said I would call back. When I called back, a female receptionist answered and said the Dr that was recommended had no openings until Thursday. When I told her that I was informed that she was available today, she said the appt was taken. There was no flexibility on her part, and although I would not classify this as an emergency, my husband has been in discomfort since the weekend. My complaint is not with the practice as we had excellent experiences with Dr Mark, but with the manner in which our request for an appt for today was handled. Very disappointed.

I must say, this was the best dental visit I've ever had. I've been to so many dentists in the past few years, trying to find the right one for me. Upon my arrival, the front desk was welcoming and warm. Jeanne (the hygienist) took her time to LISTEN to my history and my concerns which I appreciated so much! She explained everything as she did it and would asked me periodically throughout the cleaning if I was comfortable. Dr. Sever was so easy going, and also a good listener. He was knowledgeable before coming in and ADVISED me on what I should do with my dental issues. I think that was the most important thing to me was that he gave his professional recommendations rather than pushing it on me. Surprisingly, it was a pleasant experience (considering I HATE the dentist!) and I definitely plan on bringing the whole family here!

LOVE OneDent! Everyone here is lovely, from the front desk to the dental assistants/hygienists. Dr. Dina Iommazzo has been treating myself and my family for years, and she is the best of the best. I made the mistake of going to another dentist when my insurance changed, and they "found" cavities that turned out not to exist, and filled one so horribly that I had to have Dr. Dina fix it that same day. Thank goodness I did because that's when I found out I did not in fact have 5 cavities that needed filling, as the other dentist had told me! Dr. Dina is kind, caring, funny, warm and incredibly talented. She never makes you feel rushed and takes as much time as needed to make sure you have a great experience. Dr Sever’s assistant overextended my jaw so much during xrays and then Dr Sever took 3 hours to do the exam and fill cavities in one shot. He should NOT have filled anything after the exam; I learned this later on it is not ok to have a patient for 3 hours and over extending their jaw!!!! Low and behold I now have excruciating TMJ!!!! Office is recently under new ownership and failed to inform patients that they do not offer their previous in house coverage program. The office sends NUMEROUS emails, texts and calls for appointment reminders but does not inform of changes. The office was completely chaotic upon my arrival and at the completion of my visit I was left with a large bill in which I thought was included in my plan. OF COURSE no one from the front office staff was able to let me know why I was not informed of this previously, also there was "no one I can talk to at this time". I called the following day to speak to someone with no return phone call. I have been a patient of Dr. Fish for a few years and will no longer be using this practice for myself or my family.

Long a patient of Dr. Michael Fish, I have just visited the new location and team at OneDent in White Plains/Purchase on two occasions. WOW. This place is state-of-the-art. I had 3 children under the age of 5 for their checkups, and amazingly, all went so smoothly with Dr. Erica. The patient sits in a chair, chooses what she wants to watch on Netflix, and the other kids are in the opposite playroom. They didn’t want to leave... I would literally drive from anywhere to this location because it was so so easy. Equally as important, the quality of care is fantastic. My mouth is very sensitive, but Fabiana, Dr. Fish and Dr. Sever never make you feel rushed; they make every effort to make you feel comfortable. Lastly, the support of the business office makes coming here an absolute pleasure – I have never had to argue over what rate my plan covers, etc. Very professional. I highly recommend.
